Our Process

Our process is discreet, fast and efficient.
The professional studio that we set up at your workplace has a very small footprint. It needs only 3 x 4 metres total.
Using soft boxes for soft light and off camera speed lites, no cables or power are needed.
We set up in 15 minutes and it takes about 6-8 minutes per person, so about 8-10 per hour.
A laptop computer is tethered to the camera, so staff and management can see results and give feedback, make selections and give instant approval.

The individual sessions are relaxed and fun. We give posing direction, as needed.
We supply a PDF with general guidelines for staff as to presentation.
Small and large group photos can be included, and also photos in workplace environments.
Separate CEO or other portraits can be taken if required eg at desk in office with special lighting. Extra set up would be quoted for this.
External building photos can be taken and some or all of the session can take place outside eg in a local park or at sites in the CBD or local area. Weather permitting.

All images are retouched, as needed.
Images are supplied in 3 aspect ratios - portrait, landscape and square.
High resolution files (ready for print)
Web-ready files: resized for website, linked in and other social media.
Colour, Black & White or both are available.
We supply finished images by web transfer within 48 hours - faster if needed.

Attendance - $250 (country sessions extra)
Per person - $50
Images are supplied licence free, unlimited use for your business purposes & personal use by individuals. One colour image in 3 aspect ratios for both web & print per person. Additional Black & White versions $10 pp extra.
